The pricing and income guidelines for these apartments are as follows:

60% HOME Units

1 bedroom: $715*

2 bedroom: $878*

Annual income must be no more than:​

- $41,040 for a 1 person household

- $46,920 for a 2 person household

- $52,800 for a 3 person household

- $58,620 for a 4 person household

Households greater than 2 persons would not qualify for a 1 bedroom apartment.

Households greater than 4 persons would not qualify for a 2 bedroom apartment.

80% CDBG Units

1 bedroom: $990*

2 bedroom: $1,185*

Annual income must be no more than:​

- $54,750 for a 1 person household

- $62,550 for a 2 person household

- $70,350 for a 3 person household

- $78,150 for a 4 person household

Households greater than 2 persons would not qualify for a 1 bedroom apartment.

Households greater than 4 persons would not qualify for a 2 bedroom apartment.
